A selection factory, can be thought of as a drop-down that can be added to templates to allow content editors to select single/multiple selections from a list of predefined values. Selection factories are a little bit more in-depth than out-of-the-box properties as you need to write custom code in order for them to work, which is I’ve dedicated a whole section to it.
